“Visiting LeTourneau University” - The Hampton Inn in Longview off 20 and Estes Parkway keeps up with the standard we've come to expect from the Hampton. It's a little pricey, but there is a discount if you mention you're staying to tour LeTourneau University. The rooms were very well decorated, warm, and comfortable. The beds are luxurious! Best night's sleep I've had in a long time. The continental breakfast was great - the usuals plus biscuits and gravy and fresh scrambeled eggs - and there's fresh coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7. It's conveniently located right off the highway and main roads. Every room has flat screen tv, coffee pot, alarm clock, desk, and hair dryer.

“A Great Stay” - I have traveled all over the state of Texas and have stayed in several Hampton Inns. This one by far is the best one I have ever stayed in. I spent 6 weeks in this hotel had only one complaint which was a young boys baseball team that was a little noisy. The hotel moved me into another quieter room while I was at work. A new Hampton Inn was opened recently in Longview, Tx and I tried it out. I WILL be coming back to this one.

“Pleasant stay” - We had a room with a king bed and queen pull-out sofa bed. Room was large -- but bathroom very small (which is usually the case unless you are spending big $$$$$$). It served our purpose well. The pool area was very unique -- had a great upper balcony area only accessible while in the pool area that was great for the adults to watch the kids as they swam. The breakfast in the morning was OK -- nothing spectacular -- most of the food was only mildly warm -- by the time we got to breakfast nothing was 'hot'. All in all, it was one of the better hotels we've stayed in -- would stay here again when visiting Longview.

Pleasantly Surprised” - I went for a family gathering and I was not expecting much. However, I was surprised to see that the rooms looked newly renovated and very nice. The breakfast bar was well kept and had more variety than I was expecting. We ended up spending a lot more time at the hotel than I thought I would.
